Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Flow mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Flow is a mobile application designed to help Gen Z users track their spending, manage budgets, and build better money habits. The app offers expense tracking, budget management, spending analytics, and savings goal features through both free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Flow Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $0.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year (Most Popular - Save 80%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

Flow Premium includes:

Unlimited expense tracking across all categories
Custom budget creation for unlimited categories
Advanced spending analytics and insights
Multiple savings goals tracking
Detailed spending reports and trends
Export functionality for financial data
Bill and subscription reminders
Custom category creation
Priority customer support

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Flow and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Flow and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Flow does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate financial information for tracking purposes
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Keep expense and budget information updated and accurate
Use budget alerts and reminders responsibly
Not input false or misleading financial data
Use the app for personal finance tracking only

8. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Important Data Notice: Flow relies on user-provided information for expense tracking and budget management. Users are responsible for entering accurate transaction details, amounts, and dates. Flow does not verify this information with financial institutions and is not responsible for financial decisions made based on user-entered data.

9. Financial Tracking Disclaimer

Flow does not access your bank accounts, credit cards, or payment methods
All financial data must be manually entered by the user
Flow does not automatically sync with financial institutions
Flow provides tracking and insights only - it does not provide financial advice
Users are responsible for their own financial decisions and budgeting
Flow is a tracking tool and does not replace professional financial advice

10. Budget and Alert Services

Flow provides budget tracking and alert services to help users manage spending:

Budgets are based on user-set limits and categories
Users can customize budget periods and notification preferences
Users can disable alerts at any time through app or device settings
Flow is not responsible if alerts fail to deliver due to device settings or technical issues
Budget recommendations are for informational purposes only

11. Financial Information and Privacy

Flow does not access financial accounts or payment information:

Users manually enter all expense and income data
No connection to bank accounts, credit cards, or payment processors
Users retain full control over what information is tracked
All financial data entered is for personal tracking and analytics only
Flow does not sell or share your financial data with third parties

12. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their financial tracking data. Flow does not claim rights to user-generated content. The Flow app, its design, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of the developers.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including expense tracking data and app usage analytics.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Flow at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

Flow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses, budgeting errors, missed payments, or inaccurate spending analytics due to user data entry errors.

17. No Financial Advice

Flow is a financial tracking tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All insights, recommendations, and analytics are for informational purposes only. Users should consult with qualified financial professionals for personalized advice.

18. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, tracking features, and subscription management. Support does not include personal financial advice or consultation.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
